Check to see if the Administrator account has a password!

1. Log off.
2. If you have the "click on name" login screen, hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete to bring up the real one.
3. Replace the last used user name with Administrator.
4. Making sure the password field is empty, click Okay.
5. If it works, profit!

Nope, that doesn't work. It will work if it has all the steam files in a zip format.

reboot.
tap F8 until you get to a screen asking how you want to start Windows.....move your selection to "Safe Mode"

when you get to the user screen pick "Administrator"
go to Control Panel> User Accounts
find your user click "Change your account type" and there you have it.
