SurveyMonkey is far more user friendly for people to complete and I would advise you use that to get the maximum feedback you need. It doesn't take much time to set up, your shortness on time isn't our fault...you should have been more prepared and started earlier.

so I'm on my ubuntu box (no fear!) and downloaded his file. It's 5 pages and has 3 parts, seems to be an actual document, the first page and a half are asking simple questions about which types of games you play and the remaining pages are asking more health related questions like if you become breathless often or get angry when people stare at you on the street. You rate these with a + or -, or with the agree/disagree options.

I'm doing a research for diploma in psychology. I compare some individual characteristics of gamers from different contries. But I really can't tell You what exactly because there are some rules and recommendations of doing researchs that don't let me do it. I just can assure that I'm not doing anything criminal
