Liez. Just buy one in an actual snackbar.
Important aspects that might reveal you are not in a real snackbar:
-The barkeeper can only speak a broken form of his own language.
-The meat is still moving
-You can hear a distinct "baaaaaah" behind the "emploches onli" door.
-You can hear that "baaaaaah" being cut short by a chainsaw.
-You can hear the chainsaw cutting into something fleshy.
-You can see someone carrying a hump of bloody meat with some wool still one it while he's mumbling 'new meat new meat new meat'
-You do not pay in dollars, you pay in dinars. Even worse is paying in cows.
-There is no word of english spoken anywhere. Not behind the counter, not in front of the counter, not on the radio.
-The pancakes they use for the kebabs are actually plastic bags that have been rolled in some dough.
-The dough is actually overdated cement.
-The "fresh vegetables" have something crawling in/out of it.
-You don't try to eat your kebab. Your kebab tries to eat you.

The fish and chip shop in my hometown was open till 3am usually. On busy pub nights anyway. I bought some chips at 3am on Christmas morning there.
