I only downloaded the E3 640MB video. Are the high res ones still up on Steam now? I see no listing for extras etc. If not, any sites hosting them? Fileplanet?

The Steam ones may be back on shortly. Bandwidth appears to be increasing every day and less people are reporting problems with Steam.

same here....for me, there isn't anything better than buying a new game from a shop....with a nice box, shiny cd and manual.....and then....while the game is installing.....reading the manual while sitting on the toilet.....AHHHH BLISS!
