I have a map thats surrounded by water, and was trying to set up a 3d skybox to create the illusion of being in the middle of the sea....i put the sky camera at point 0,0,0 and copied it over to another part of my map along with the ground and the small bit of water that was already in my map, i then shrank it and surrounded it with a skybox textured hollowed cube, put the lights in it and all that.
However when i run the map the skybox appears quite a way below the level it should be in my map, and i can see the seams where sea meets skybox, which looks silly. How can i create a neverending water effect in a 3d skybox which looks like being in the middle of the ocean?
Thanks for any help.
