I guess it'll arrive before gothic 3 ;( ...still not sold on NWN2 ...although it looks deep etc ..I'm afraid the limited combat may bore me to death

btw didnt the toolset come out weeks ago if you pre-ordered? I know there's a few people who've been tinkering with it for a weeks now

Hahaha! Yup, Gametab ftw.

The combat does look a little limiting, but everything else will hopefully make up for it. Didn't mind so much in the first one. (Poor Gothic 3--I still have high hopes for the stateside release.)

The toolset has been out if you pre-ordered, though I have yet to read anything too interesting about it yet. (Busy with DS and MAME).

I have it on preorder and must say the toolset is great stuff (There was a beta version avalible for those who preordered it).

I have not followed every little detail but if they are more true to the Dungeons and Dragons rules than the original NWN, this rpg will likely be the rpg with most combat options that are currently out.

Been waiting for this one for a while. Its great you can control your team in this one. And it looks a lot more versatile than the old NWN engine.

From what I have read it looks like they are staying a bit more true to the DnD rules than NWN, even though they are using a different ruleset. I was never a big fan of the DnD rules so I don't really care either way.

The only reason I even care about NWN 2 is the simple fact that Chris Avellone is penning the story and characters.

Can't wait though.
