My new computer was delivered today, but I have hardly been able to use it. Whenever I turn it on, there is a horrible grinding sound coming from where the water block is on the motherboard, where I assume the processor is underneath. It'll stay on for around 5 minutes maximum, all the while with the grinding noise, and then just turn off because I assume it's overheating. Don't know what to do... I really don't want to deal with iBuypower's tech support, but I can't even figure out how to get this water cooling shit off the motherboard. It's a Coolermaster Aquagate Viva if that helps at all.
I guess basically I want to confirm that I'm screwed.
