In the next few months owners of hl2 will be bombarded with new mods and game add ons to enhance the game experience
However the quality of these mods is often questionable and too often utter detritus
Personally I shudder at the thought of clogging my harddrive with junk each time i want to test a mod
Thus why not set up a forum for rating finished mods
A finished mod would have an entry with a description web site link and then a poll for rating it out of 10 or as a percent
Members could add comments on the mod
Simple idea which could easily be officially added by your website
It would also provide a valuable information sharing service to the forumites while also giving deserving mod makers credit where credit is due
Games magazines do this occasionally so why not halflife2.net?

Comments welcome...

Theres no need for this just yet, but it's always been a plan to have something like that.

We'll be reviewing all the modifications that are released in the upcoming new version of our site.

will this new version of the site come with optional turbo and leather seats?

Everything is included, even automatic arse warmers.

Will there be somewhere i can put my drink and not spill it? I dont want sticky substances on the leather seats :stare:

We've had 2000 scientists working for years attempting to develop a cup holder that doesn't spill. It's impossible.

Fantastic, I actually have a hope in hell of getting recognised with a one-man mod with this review system.
Just remember who the bribes are coming from, though...
