If so, how does the traffic rank work? Google maxes out at 3... not 1. So, I would assume that there are two sites that are above Google. Either that or I am interpreting the word "rank" incorrectly.

You were right! Yahoo and MSN...poor dumb general-public bastards.

Keep in mind that 39% of Yahoo's use is for e-mail, as is 74% of MSN's.
