New Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter screenshots.

I couldn't care less about the Mexbox360 version, but the PC version sounds delicious, especially with all the ballisticas and everything
 
Do we know for sure that the PC version will be as sweet as the XBOX 360 version?

It's supposed to be more tactical, which is a good thing if you're a fan of the original Ghost Recon, but not so much if you enjoyed Ghost Recon 2
 
i just realised, i hate screenshots now (they just do 0 justice to what it 'really' looks like), i think it's because all i watch now are gameplay videos.

Woa, hehe that sounds excellent. Do you know if the PC version will have any of the co-op stuff? Also I have to agree with destrukt, gameplay videos are so much more indicative of what a game is like. Watching screenshots is almost like looking at stills from a movie... personally though my biggest problem is watching low res movies of stuff, once you've seen HD, anything else just doesn't feel right.
 
I'm definitely getting both the 360 and PC vers of this <3!

looks awesome, i'm a bit disapointed there's no 3rd person option in the pc version, i'd probably prefer 3rd person looking at the vids and screens...hopefully a mod will add this...

What? No 3rd person? Is this fact or rumour? Part of what makes that game look cool is the 3rd person mode... ;(
 
Yes this is a fact.
The XB1 and PC vers will be FPS only with you being able to view your weapon.
THe XB360 vers will be 3rd Person AND FPS(without being able to view your weapon, it'll be like Ghost Recon 1/Old Rainbow Six games)

3rd Person modes suck, unless it's rpgs.

i actually like it this way, i dont think i could play a shooter in 3rd person...but then again i havent tried

Yeah I pretty much agree with you, as 3rd person modes sacrifice a little bit of important immersion. BUT, 3rd person view is really good for taking a peak around corners and seeing how well you are behind cover, which seems to be part of what GRAW is about. Then again the only reason I want it in, is cuz it looks so damn cool.
 
Isn't there any place that has footage or screens of the PC version in action? All I hear and see is 360 360 360...
 
I like the 3rd person view. It makes the game seem more realistic - to me at least.
 
I wanna see some screens of this on the Xbox, I doubt I'll have a 360 by the time this comes out

yeah Im loving all the GRAW footage I have seen for the 360...

now if only DICE can somehow make BF2:MC for the 360 more like the PC version and less like the console-shite they released for the xbox and ps2, I would be a happy lass... I mean lad, yes lad it is.

I dunno, the recent media of BF2:MC has it looking more like the PC version than anything else. It's still nothing spectacular graphically, though.

I agree, however I think (from what I have seen anyway) that some of the 360 version stuff is almost cooler than the PC stuff (explosions and things, as well as the player models, although not as sharp seem to have more weight to them poly wise)

Im just hoping it's awesome, I Have the pc version, don't play it often though because of lack of accessability, with the console version I can chuck it on, play it a bit and head back out... I don't find much time for the PC anymore (unfortunately), however it's worth the fiance trade-off :)

the 360 looks like a nice machine, Im just waiting till it gets a couple more titles of note before I take the plunge.
