New Girlfriend

Alright, this is it. I have a new girlfriend, we've been going out for about a month. This next weekend is the winter formal, but she doesn't like dance. I said that we could do something else, but I can't think of anything. Unfortunately, there isn't a movie theater in town... any ideas?
 
Do something fun like bowling. If you're not into bowling I dunno lol.

I dunno how old are you guys... just go to a pub have a few pints or somthing... Or just spend some time with her... chicks love that.
 
Yeah go bowling, or something fruity like ice skating. She might like it. Im jealous, I havent ever had a girlfriend that isnt begging to go to dances... I hate them!

Wish I could find a girl that didn't like dancing. =/


Find a cafe or something and take her out for dinner.

Simply take her out to dinner, rent some movies, and so on.
 
My girlfriend hates dances. She wants to go to the after-prom party, but not the actual prom (she wants to win the car). Maybe you can just go out to dinner and see a movie.
 
Bring her to your house and get her drunk. Best date ever, I gurantee it
 
Ice skating, I'll have to remember that one. I just met an awesome Australian girl. Tall, blonde, studies international law, flies airplanes. Must work hard to impress her, but still be cool. Ice skating is cool.

:dozey: Countless things to do! You'd come up with mad ideas while driving around... it's what me and my girl do. Then when you get bored, the perfect solution is to make out with her in the backseat. That's after you find a good place to park.

Why do the guys have to pay for everything on a date. You get off your lazy asses and work and pay for you own meal :).
 
She'll dance, and she'll damn well enjoy it.
 
How would the man go about wooing you Ritz? is it the size of his chain saw, or just the amount of blood covering it?
 
its Valentines day on 14th of Feb give her a hint that your more cultural by selebrating that! ;)
 
Let her drive the car, then as your bodyguard runs away, see if you can get her out of the car before the bomb goes off, or go bowling, because we all know bowling = pimp.

That's the spirit! If my girlfriend didn't like dancing I'd be more than a little tempted to either force her or dump her. Boring boring thing. That said, it's extremely hard for my current girlfriend to dance as she's my right ha- I mean what? Erm... I meant she's a corpse. Yeah that's it, she can't dance 'cause she's a corpse. Ahem.

Not that that helps teh_Poet's predicament in any way of course.
 
I wouldnt mind a girl that didnt want to dance, im only keen on dancing when im drunk and its something you dont have to make up on the spot, like Saturday Night. :)

My advice, get some pills in - you take one, she take one an hour before the dance, and believe me, you'll dance. Oh how you'll dance, and you'll get sex at the end of the night...

If you want to stick with legal things to do, a taking her out for a meal's always a winner, how old are you guys? There a decent club or bar to go to? If it's been a month you gotta go a club with her.

If all else fails... strip twister
 
im 17, if i was you i'd jus go to the date naked :D

I'd highly recommend you ignore all people's comments here :D. You should know your own girlfriend, find out what she enjoys, every girl is different. Just putting a few videos on might be worth a shot

Just goto the dance, hang out with friends, taste the food, and sit down and talk with the music.
Are there any good live theatres? Parks, gardens, museums? Clubs eh? (Then again, depends how old you are.)
 
Play some guitar or listen to st anger or frantic by metallica

Take her to a pub, or out for a meal if you can. Thats what i did with my girlfriend when we started going out or watched movies at the cinema/her house/my house and just hung out together. They like that, but then again...so do i :D
