Load WMP9. Go to Tools > Options
Click on the "Performance" tab, following that, click on the "Advanced" button on that tab's window.

Uncheck "Use Overlays" and click OK. Once back at the video, hit the "Print Screen" (or "Prt Scr") button on your keyboard. Open up a program (such as paint [Start > run > mspaint]), and paste it in, save it as a jpeg, and attach it to your post.
