Hey, I'm new here and have a question. Which is better DOD: Souce or CS: Source? I would post in one of those two sections but I figured if I posted in the cs section everyone would say cs and if I posted in the dod section everyone would say dod.

That's a pretty silly question actually, it depends on what type of you game you like.

If you like a more action and barely any tactical work form of game than go with CS:S, but if you like a fast paced war simulator where you can't just "Run and Gun" then get DoD:S.

what danimal said, this is really an opinion related question, the graphics are basicly the same but the gameplay is totally different, but i dont really feel lke goi8ng into the similarities and differences beteween the both of them

I IMMEDIATLY DEMAND A RETAIL COPY OF ZOMBIE MASTER

Ahem.

...They're part of packages. They are not free. You pay for the package.

Now, granted, some bought packages that did not include DOD:S or CS:S, which games may have been grafted onto the packages later. In that case, those games were not free.

Welcome to 15357's glorious republic, and all that. Vote for me.

umm...i've seen people "run and gun" in DOD:Source and be quite successful at it...so i dunno if that statement is quite accurate all the time.

Yeah, we had a really big thread about all this... We all concluded that playing on pubs with some (online) friends is loads of fun, and playing on pubs where everyone knows each other it's also worth it.

But getting a complete set of strangers to work as a perfect team? That's why I play it.
