New Metallica Singles

Well it's better than "St.Anger" but still kind of meh. I mean there just doesn't seem to be any song that stands out...

I love Unforgiven III, and the instrumental.

Are you ****ing retarded or just a troll?

Are those my only 2 choices? Well dang it, I guess retarded but I guess that's what I get when making a point about the correlation between talent and album sales to a rabid fan base that listens to thrash metal.

Excellent album. It's up there with Master of Puppets and AJAF.

You just made a judgement about a group of people based on nothing more than the fact that you dont like the same music they do. Retarded indeed.

Anyway, new album ROCKS. Best since Black album, I'd actually put them on the same level.
Agreed. It's fresh, it's varied, and it's bold.

That Was Just Your Life is my favourite so far, but Cyanide and some others also stand out.

Ah so your gripe with Metallica is the people that listen to them? Must be alot, their album catalog sales since 2000 have been second to only the Beatles. :-\

Anyway, the more I listen to this album the more it grows on me. It's good to have real Metallica back.

Broken Beat & Scarred, That Was Just Your Life, The Judas Kiss, All Nightmare Long, and Cyanide kick ****ing ass.

Can't really get into The unforgiven, or The Day That Never Comes, but can appreciate the musical value they have. The new instrumental is appreciable, though not as great as Orion, The End of The Line seems to be one of those Metallica songs that grows on you, each time I hear it I like it more, but the first time I just thought it was mediocre.

Overall, I'm glad that I can finally appreciate a brand new piece of material by an artist that many love. The guys did a great job, and I'm hoping for many more to come.

I was thinking, however, there are many good James Hetfield impersonators, I thought the band should hire one t be a singer, not so much to completely replace James, but lets be honest, at a certain point you do have to stop screaming, because you don't want to be mute like Gordon.

THAT'S WHY GORDON CAN'T TALK! HE WAS A DEATH METAL SINGER IN COLLEGE!

I just blew my own mind...

Some people have very loose definitions of screaming.

Kinda, I even own all the Cliff Burton albums. I just hate claims of talent based on sales such as the first Rush vs. Metallica post that have no merit.
