Hey guys. A while back I posted a little photography site I had setup. Now I finally was able to get something better that lets me put more than 20 pictures up at a time :p. It's actually not really a website, more of an album, but i'll setup a site sometime eventually. Let me know what you think!

someone say something, hehe. It kinda sucks to put this much time into doing something, and not even have anyone look at your work :p

edit : I just turned into a prowler, what's that? lol

Dunno why, but I've never been too excited about photography, perhaps it's because I love drawing, making pictures myself, not just taking pictures of something.

I work at a press agency and know a little bit of photography, mainly news related, but also other kinds of photos.
I think that you are really talented. I love the photos where you use perspective (buildings/bridge)and light/dark (sun with leaves on foreground). You can tell that you really have an eye for it, so keep it up. Are you planning on doing something professionally or will you keep it a hobby?

Hey, I'm an avid photographer aswell :)

I was really impressed by some of those pictures. The stop sign one is amazing, havn't really thought of doing that before. Very refreshing...
That really is such a cool idea.... hmmmm.... i wanna go out and try that myself. Your shutter speed setting seems just about perfect.

How many trys did that take you? And did you have a friend driving the car? lol

As for the rest of the pics, they are pretty neat aswell.

What camera do you use?

Thanks guys,

I'm mostly doing this as a hobby because I don't think there is much of a future in photography is there?
and Phate, do you mean the stop ahead one, or the wooden stop sign with the van in the background? For both of those I actually pulled over on the side of the road and took it :p. Both of them took a few tries though.

I use a Minolta Dimage Z1
-3.2 Megapixels
-10x optical zoom
-1/1000 to 15 seconds shutter speed

I picked this baby up for around $350 from shop harmony...

Right now it's dropped even more to $329 and it includes free shipping. If you are interested in it, just ask. I researched a TON before I picked this baby up.

And don't forget to check out the rest of the photos at my website...

That can be arranged...:naughty:

but seriously, when I opened the forums back up, I saw the same thing lol. And thanks everyone.

Also. What does everyone thinking of me producing some sort of presentation like...

A world's view of HL2 : photographs of everyday things that seem like something out of hl2.

I could take pictures of old rusty barrels, and docks for example, and other rustic scenes that look like they could be out of hl2 and put them all together into some sort of presentation. Thoughts?

Actually, this was a thing that I was going to do later, cause Ive seen so much buildings and areas that I think resembles HL2, but then again, city 17 is based alot on european architecture.
