Well, being a pissed-off grouch is a big part of his schtick, isn't it?

While I admit that the early ZPs were funnier than recent ones, I find there are still more laughs in 4 minutes of Yahtzee than in an entire 2 hour Owen Wilson comedy.

ZP is funny because it appeals to the angry gamer part of myself. Bearing in mind that it's comedy, I often wholeheartedly agree with his assessments, or find him articulating a peeve that had always lingered in the back of my mind.

He may not be a "professional" reviewer, but he gives his honest opinion. And that makes his words seem more legit than most other glowing 5-star reviews that a lot of titles get, at least to somebody somewhere.
