New Site Design

Hey all, I just completed my new site design the other day and I wanted to get some opinions on it. After getting some opinions from the last site though, I want to make it clear that I do not want comments on the content of my site, but instead on its actual design. I haven't changed the color of the artwork galleries yet and my next project is to make a logo, just so you know. Go here to check out my site. Thanks in advance! :bounce:

Omg Frames! Just so you know, i personally hate frames.. just hate them..

The general website trend is shifting away from frames more and more, due to the general hatred towards them.
They don't look that great and they have all sorts of issues with viewing, saving etc.
I would advise learning CSS (not counter-strike soure...) for efficiency, and just make seperate pages.

Alright I guess I'll come up with an alternative to iframes. Personally I kinda like them in this instance but I guess they can get annoying at times.

Wow I didn't realize there were so many errors in it. I'll get around to fixing that. In my opinion, everyone should use Firefox, woot!

Yes alot of people use firefox, but you can not just tell people experancing problems with a website to go download firefox, doesnt work, they would probaly just be like omg errors, and leave. : p

Haha yea I know what you mean I was just messin. I actually used Opera for awhile before I found Firefox cause it looked cool, but beyond that I ended up not liking it too much. Oh and thanks for your comments guys, you've been most helpful!

very plain and simple, looks like something I'd make because I rarely code in html or javascript any more. But it's nice, a little too white for my liking though..

Rather than frames, use an expanding content box.

Pretty simple really. Make your website in Photoshop ( Or anything that can slice )

And in Dreamweaver, you set the middle and sides of the content box, to background ( It's a little more complicated than this, but you get the idea )

The effect is that, no matter how much you type, the background and sides will keep looping downwards, giving the illusion of an expanding content box.

I'll post up an example.

This is just a website I threw together for a school project. But at least you get the idea :)

I quite like it, but:

a) Orange Text = bad. Don't ask why, i just don't like it. if other people do... personal preference, i guess.

b) Your 'Terragen Renders' page has a black background (in the frame)

c) It's got no point to it besides hosting random pictures! WWAAAA! At least tell us about yourself. Make it -intresting-.

Love the terragen renders and that awesome computer on the news page :D

I'll tell you my opinion when you'll remove the iframes! Ahh!! Frames! Noooo!!! Must close the browser immediatly.

Too white... hard to read.

Also, why you are going to use a PC as a server and for general use?

very simple design, but somehow i think it looks brilliant :>
