1/3 of calculation power, considering you arn't use up the bandwidth, but that describes nothing on it's gpu power.Oh, and so far all the games are running on 1 of the 3 cores... That means they are only using _maybe_ 1/3 of the console!
The Developers today can use it's GPU power to the max right now. The only thing that will improve will be optimizations. Optimizations when done right can make an insane increase obviously.(Take a look at First Ps2 games vs Now, same with Xbox and GC).
The main thing Multi-Core will help for is physics and such. I don't know if Developers would take a whole core and use it directly for Video.... I know since the Ps3 technically has 2x more processing power a Developer had showed a video of the foreground being rendered by the GPU and a real nice background being generated by Cell itself.
In the end since the Ps3's GPU I believe is slower, utilizing Cell and using it to show Graphics may really push it over the top. Though I must say, Cell being able to do water physics with ease was breathtaking. First time many people ever saw water physics.. Of course Ageia will be able to provide the same thing once they release there physics card is out.(They had some driver problems but that seems to be fixed, as they said they were done but are waiting until more games are released they really take advantage of em).
