New Vegas issues...

So I did a fresh install and installed mods and followed every instruction to a tee.

The game itself is performing fine mostly but at random the game freezes the music will loop and I am forced to ALT+TAB out and end the exe. with the Task manger
Also another thin I noticed some times when in buildings textures seem out of place....like a doormat will suddenly have the Texture of roulette tabel or something along those lines...it flickers and changes textures and then after a few seconds it will go back to normal......

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???

You did something to confuse the shit out of your video card. Start turning off those mods one by one and see if any of them stop it from happening.

You don't suppose me OC'ing my card has something to with the Texture problem right? D:
I don't have this issue with BC2 or CSS or Oblivion ofr that matter which is like the same engine.I also have atleast a dozen graphics enhancing mods installed for TESIV but no crashing there...mhm

It could have something to do with that, but I'd try the mod thing first. Have you been playing those other games recently you mean, or just since you OC'd the card? I ask because it could just be that your video card is crapping out after running overclocked for a long enough time, but that would mean the other games that push the card would be crashing now as well. CS:S wont push your card much at all, and the Oblivion engine is still a very outdated version of the Fallout engine, so its probably not as intensive either since I imagine their shaders aren't as demanding.

mhm I am playing Bad Company2 with no issues and thats a Dx11 game...I hope your wrong but what yous ay makes sense.mb I shouldn't have messed with the voltage after all, damn.

It's probably a conflict with one of your graphics mods. I've been looking for a compilation mod that increases realism and graphical quality, but nVamp is basically defunct and nobody else seems to be doing anything. Having more than a handful of mods installed at a time is tricky

this guy is by far the best IMO I also just now started using a 4gb.exe which means the RAM I have is actually being used...I downclocked by card just a bit all good sofar.
