yeah i have met harold but wanted to get the waterchip quest done before i went off on a tangent. what should i expect?

Waterchip quest can be ignored tbh until it's really necessary. I personally did it as soon as I could because Necropolis was the closest thing so I went ahead and did it anyways. Pretty easy; it really isn't necessary at all to pay all that money to extend the timer in Hub.
