Newbie Questions...

Greetings All,
I got a few questions for who-ever is will to reply.

1) I'm intersted in finding out my FPS. I know your to enter the console via tilde (~) & type c1_showfps1. When I press (~) nothing happens.

2) Do i have to purchase DM to play multiplayer?

3) Were do I find the half life 2 manuel? Thought I seen it being installed...

4) Also if anyone know a program (other then FRAPS) to record games in WMV or AVI format?

1) Goto the control settings and then in the advanced button enable the console.

2) No you get it free with HL2

3) There is no manual just a card tat tells you the basic controls, if you ight click on half life 2 in the steam play games listit should give you the option to view the card in PDF format.

4) You can record ingame demos, but I don't have much experience with that.
