I heard ages ago they were remaking FF7 and 8 for PS2, but that was probably just speculation. There is a game coming out which is based around the FF7 world, but you play as Vincent and it's rumoured to have gameplay similar to Devil May Cry.

I've heard of 3 FF7 remakes

-One on mobile phones before FF7 happend playing as the turks
-The one you mentioned
-And one on the PSP.

Hm, I dont really think there is going to be anything "ground breaking" until Unreal 3 comes out, and there deff no games to get hyped to death about like Half Life 2 and Doom 3. But, IMO, that might be a good thing. Think about it, we all wanted SO much out of those two games, it was nearly impossible for any of them to live up to their hype. They both came out great, but nothing amazing. So I figure if we dont hype games so much, we might be in for some suprises....Anyways, heres my list...


* Battlefeild 2
* Chronicles of Riddick
* FEAR
* Doom 3 expansion
* GTA:SA on PC

Battlefeild 2 looks like it will a blast though, and it'll probably be my game for 2005, along with Halo 2 on XBL. Also, when is Xbox Next due out? And PS3? I've always found console games to have way more fun put into them, rather than best use of shaders and textures. :rolling:

well, HL2 took 5 years, and it turned out awesome, so, logically, with all the extra time DNF is taking it should be the single greatest game ever created, right? :thumbs:

My wishlist is now F.E.A.R., S.T.AL.K.E.R., Battlefield 2, Black & White 2, Carmageddon 4, Operation Flashpoint 2, Wartime Command: Battle For Europe 1939-1945 and The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-earth. But I have a feeling LOTR: TBFME and S.T.AL.K.E.R. will end up the same as MOHAAacific Assault, Söldner and Tribes Vengeance, games with a very high potential but designed poorly because of making the game easier *cough Tribes Vengeance (and possibly TBFME too) so dumb people can play it too and time pressure so it's full of bugs like Söldner (and maybe S.T.AL.K.E.R.). I hope I'm not right!
