Next Generation Driving games.???

Seems to be a subject that everyone quite often avoids.. but ive seen one particular game that is all on its own in terms of the genre technology

,, It may have been talked about before, but Bugbear Entertainments: 'Flatout' looks like ridiculous fun :naughty: . claiming to be the racing Genre's equilavent to HL2, and boasting rag doll drivers that can go flying out of the windscreen if you happen to get into nasty accidents ... which seems to be the theme in its own.

I dont know anyother games like this in developement, it does seem to be unchallenged at the moment. Check it out if you love close to realistic caranage, thats if you already hav'nt, if you have .. its worth another look :angel:

Dunno about this Flatout, doesn't seems revolutionary to me.

I've had an eye on Flatout for a while (as in looking at petty pictures, damned if i know whats going on in its development!)

Does looks like fun, like destruction derby with a nicer graphics engine

also Boasting the most up to date accurate and detailed damage, e.g rubber, and glass, metal snapping and crumpling, sometimes into an almost unrecognisable mess !. yay

plus, you get CTF and DM modes. most entertaining game for 20$ I ever baught, and with the modding capabilities..endless. (I made a high quality mod, updated the graphic, someone else is making a cellshading mod...all good man!)

I love racing games, and how the f()ck did I miss this one?!?!

I just bought Colin McRae Rally 04 for my XBOX (for $20, brand new ) and it's pretty damned fun to play and look at. I can't wait for Rallisport Challenge 2 (comes out next month for XBOX.)

Another one to watch for it TOCA Pro Race Driver 2 (also made by Codemasters.) www.codemasters.com. The demo's pretty fun, but I still need more convincing to go and buy it...

I think it is one of the best online racing sims.
Anyone wants to have a nice race with me and get an easy win? (i am not really good and got no setup)
