I don't want to start that kind of debates but usually USA creates more problems in a country than it solves.

I agree that it's barbaric and it's wrong. Like death penalty in general I think but that's not the point here. Just don't judge a country like this, for things like laws, because the population doesn't make them. Espacially in non-democratic countries. And a democratic system isn't created by dropping bombs. If you think it is there's something wrong with your conception of democracy.

Please, just remember that USA doesn't own the world. Despite what Bush thinks...
