No bots?

been 3-4 threads on this (i even done one.)
if you type in the console... "bot_add"
it will then say "bots not available in beta"
i think either valve forgot to update the bots to make them available or they are going to add a new patch soon

well that was nice wasn't it hehe.
yea thomas there have been about 5 threads on this.
loads want well actually... ALL want bots in the game and we all know that valve have either forgot to activate them (yea right) or a patch coming soon maybe. or waiting for hl2+games release

If the bot code is in the game but not functioning, then it's for a reason.
Given the general attitude of vast nitpicking round here, if bots were enabled, you'd all be complaining about how crap and buggy they are. Valve just can't win with you lot.

I think CS:S is phenomenal, and I was a nay-sayer.
I also think the AI is leaps and bounds over previous Cs versions (I played condition zero to get an idea)...
The only thing is sometimes the hostages get stuck within physics objects (like a filecabnet).
They also get stuck and stop following you if you run through a recently dead terrorist (might be ct too, but has happened with Terrorists a lot with me) body.
this has happened to me quite a few times.. and we have lost rounds because of it.
otherwise everything is as smooth as ... well... something that is abundantly smooth. :cheers:

So???? Did we pay for CZ? I think Not! I already purchased CZ and am dissapointed that there are no bots in CSS, after I payed what $59 for it. All in all they said that it would be the " final "version which obviously it is not. That is my only gripe really . We are still playing a beta version of the game plain simple.
All we ask for is the Bot's feature to be added and it's nittpicking Sorry?!?! Yes I know I payed for HL2 as well if that is what i wanted I would have just Purchase it for $49 and just play that. I forked out some money for an incomplete product. That's what most of us are griping about. That's all.
After seeing the amazing graphics and Physics in CSS I can't go back to CZ anytime soon.
