For Half-Life 2 Retail Package owners, there is no charge for this service.

cool, i guess you still have to mail your box to them tho'; i hope they send you it back. personally i'm only gonna buy steam games retail so i have this option, especially since this move indicates that there have been a lot of cases of game keys getting lost
