As soon as the "Valve" guy fades away at the start, my monitor just shuts off. I can hear audio, but there is no video, and I can't even get back to windows (ctrl-alt-del doesn't even work - I have to hit the reset switch...).

GForce 4 Ti with latest drives (Nov 9 release)
Any thoughts or suggestions? Is there a text command I can insert at the run line to start the game with minimal video config to maybe at least get me going?
