Nova Prospekt, and I'm stuck.

Well, Im not stock so I cant find my way, but Im at a place were you set up turrets (for the 2nd time), and it is incredible hard! so, I just need a "god cheat" for that little place. But some how I cant get the console to work :S

playing on hard, and it's almost impossible imo..

You can enable the console at advanced, @ controls.

Oh come on, I beat nova prospect on hard mode.

And...

Here is what I did. The place with the turrets, go to the right, outside of teh small hallway/room thing that has the turrets in it. Set the turrets up, like so:

That way, you can sit in the middle of that, surrounded by barrels or whatever you can find, and jsut wait it out, occationally going to pick one up.

I already did enabled it in advanced, but what button do press to get the console?

So this is where you're defending the second control room right? I beat these sections by letting the turrets to all the work and just protecting/setting them back up if they got knocked over. Keep your manipulator ready and keep looking for grenades. Toss them away asap when they're thrown.

exept, be sure to help the turrets out a tad every once and awhile.

I defeated it with cheating..I'm a LITTLE further now..but now I kinda lost the feeling I really got there, so I'm gonna do it again

I'm now in 'anticitizen one' -- oh well..it was VERY hard, and only little part I cheated..

There is an easy way to beat that section of the game. Look above the blue computer/panels thingy. There is a cell up there that is pitch black... it's actually just a deadend once you get up there.

All you need to go is stack three crates, then two crates next to them and the a barrel so you can climb up. Now take out your grav gun and toss the first two turrets up there. Then grab the third and toss it up but make sure to jump up your stacked stuff quickly before the guys come in and shoot your crates apart.

Once you are up there just line up the three turrets right behind the jail cells and sit back and wait. They'll be able to pick off all the guys as they enter the room with the extra ammo. Once in a while a nade will fly up and you'll have to set them all back up.


Simple.

I don't have any crates, which is confusing, but I just did it after getting killed too many times and taking a break.

And I didn't get hit once.

After taking a turret out of the locker, I went in front of it, picked it up and put it back in the locker. I left one of them free and put two on one side and one on the other, while I went into the empty one and crouched like a coward.

The guards came in and most of them got killed before I even saw them, and the ones I did shoot didn't even try to shoot back. And of course, no one could knock over the turrets. I had the manipulator ready to toss back any grenades, but I didn't need to. I guess it was because the guards didn't see me, but they didn't throw any manhacks either.

All in all, I'm feeling like a jammy bastard now and wanted to share the goodness. Back to the game now tho

I did the same thing, and I worked like a charm.

I dont know if its technically cheating what I did, but obviously not how it was intended. I piled up crates and a barrel so I could get on that balcony near one of the rooms and put all 3 turrets up there. The only thing that can get you up there is the flying screwbot things. Pretty easy once you get everything up there and set up.

One handy tip - bring along the turret from the previous Defend mission....you can carry it around without too much difficulty, and you only have a few Headcrabs and a couple of Guards to take out between the two missions (and a sentry gun will fire while you are carrying it and also acts as a shield as well!)

With 4 Sentry guns you can create a crossfire that just slaughters em.....I only took about 10 damage doing it with 4 guns
