and im also sick and tired of all this crap that WE have to go through, just so that VU can have more dibs on the profit!
message for VU: the longer you hold the game back, the less the people are likely to buy it!!...well me anyway.

but cmon guys. November the 16th simply isnt going to happen. there is no evidence at all...that counts (ie from VU)...to say that Nov 16th is THE release date. theyll make some crap excuse like every other game does like 'uhhhhy....yeah....uhhh....there was a misprint on the cover so we had to take it all back...'
please man. VU get a life. actually get just get the ****ing game out so we can all leave you alone...to play around with your childish disagreement against valve.

Ok... either you have been sleeping under a rock on mars or ...well you might have other reasons but the 16th IS the release date: we have preloaded half life 2, we can buy half life 2, half life 2 has gone gold over a month ago, half life 2 finished shipping 5 days ago and finnally it is set to be unlocked on steam on the 16th wether VU like it or not. Period.

Delays occur between development and publishing. Or between publishing and retail.

Delays don't occur when the boxes are already in the stores, ready to be sold.
