NVIDIA nForce Driver trouble

Im having some trouble after installing NVIDIA nForce Drivers. I instlal them fine but then it asks me to reboot so do I so. Then it gets to the 'Windows XP Loading Bar' screen and just doesnt go any further. Anyone else have this problem or know how to cure it?

boot in safemode and uninstall them
