The same as I did this morning and the past two years. It was obvious Obama would be re-elected. Anybody who thought otherwise is dumb. I only wish Rakurai wasn't banned so we could rub his face in it.

God... I've been trying to convince conservative blowhards that Nate Silver's numbers were not to be trifled with. But no... they were JUST as cock sure based on... individual polls and some dude unskewing the polls.

This election wasn't even a question for me the past two months.

My facebook feed's crown jewel was a post from a friend who couldn't believe that more than half of the country could vote in such a way that proves they did so without finding out the "real facts" for themselves, and thereby "hate America and Freedom" and don't deserve to live here.

Humility isn't his strong suit, I guess.

Obama only got 50% of the popular vote, so only just half of the country really.

I'd like to think I'm better than mocking voters of the defeated party. I remember how it felt when John Kerry lost to Bush and the entire conservative media basically went "Nyah nyah nyah, liberals! Suck it up! WE GOT A MANDATE, BITCH". But the amount of whining I've heard from conservatives (and self-styled *libertarians*) has made the opportunities too good to pass up. I thought it was ****ing stupid when Democrats were threatening to move to Canada, but now Republicans are doing it? They're not even trying to make sense when they bitch.

One of these days I actually will do this. I made that claim years ago, still working up to it. Doesn't matter to me who is in charge, the country is still getting more and more ****ed up each year.

Even though the majority went to Obama this election, the fact that Florida is perpetually an important swing state is very disconcerting. During this election cycle, I discovered my new favorite gif. Bugs Bunny had the right idea (my apologies to any Floridians on this forum; you guys are cool and the rest of your state's constituents are the ones who are the ball-lickers).
