Im not sure if this goes in the tech support, but I decided to put it in here.

Problem:Whenever certin weapons are eqquiped(deadric, glass, ebony bow)by me or a NPC, the sound goes all slow-mo. I mean everything. The only solution is to exit the game and come back. This annoys me cause in a Lvl 22(or was it 23) and loves fight bandits and such. I also have a Deadric Bow and I cant use it.

Please help,
Thank you.

There are only a few things I can think of that would cause this.

Your graphics settings are too high. Turn off Dynamic lighting and bloom and try it.

Your RAM and/or VRAM is too small.

You need to update your sound drivers and/or try a different sound card.

You may have a mod that is causing problems. If you have many enabled, you can try disabling them all, and see if it still does it, then try to pinpoint the exact one/s.

I have trouble understanding the situation exactly without witnessing it. You could google a mod called 'quiet feet' and see if that helps. It has fixed some people's sound issues.

I would try lowering the graphics settings significantly first, just to see if it still does it. If it does, then you can adjust them to just before the bug threshold.

I'll try that

hey, what kind of sound card are you using? I need to make sure I don't get one of those. I'm being serious, I would like to know.

also, I was totally unable to get my sound card to work with this game, but haven't had too much issue with the on board sound, except when there is tons of shit going on, sometimes it ****s up in certain areas. I attributed this to the game being to demanding for my system to render very well.

You could try on board audio though.
