I'm looking for a video card and i keep seeing OEM but i have no idea what this mean. Could some one tell me?

This means no manual, no CD, no retail box, just the card itself. I buy CPU's and things this way, but I went with the retail 9800 pro because I had the money and you get a 3 year manufacturer warranty with it vs. none with OEM besides what the store gives.

I'll avoid OEM since i would probalby need the manual to install the thing.

The manual and drivers you can usually get online. The only reason to go with retail IMO is the warranty, if you have the $$$.

Oem always comes with a CD as far as I know, and most of the time the manual is on there. At any rate, it doesnt matter. The manuals for graphics card says nothing. You can get MUCH more information of the net. For example, if you get an ATI card, make Rage3D.com your first bookmark :)

Hey man I just bought that card from gameve.com. They ship really fast, very good service IMO.

But I haven't used the card yet because I'm waiting for PC3200 ram to put in my PC, which I just rebuilt from a 466mhz celeron to a Barton 2500+ (a new motherboard was required of course), but it was all well priced so, meh.
