The forums (note I said forums, not the website itself) on bodybuilding.com/, fitnessboard.net (alot of personal trainers there, some amazing articles, forums are really friendly and lighthearted, almost too lighthearted sometimes)...
Bodybuilding.com sometimes has good articles but they are rare. Too much about "lose x amount of lbs in x amount of days" or "gain x lbs of muscle in x weeks"
