I have a question; is the multiplayer / co-op online? Like, are the other three players that you play with (if you so choose) online? I was confused as to how that would work, lol.

You can play online with 3 other people vs Zombies.
You can play online in 4v4 mode, Humans vs Zombies.
You can play either offline with AI replacements for the Human slots.
