After realising (remembered more like) that sept 30th is th anniversary i wud like to reconsider and change my guess to sept 30th '04. (but then again i bet VAVLe are the kinda ppl to do 29th just so its 1 day before a year-delay lol) ok i stay with the 16th sept just to think optimistically =D

Anything above 1024 x 768 would burn my eyes when it comes to reading lots of text (then again I thought that 1024 x 768 would when all my moniter did was 800 x 600 )

I think the general concensus is though looking over most of the posts is that the game will be released mid to late September.
