i think so, too. but they look a bit better than the alpha, so perhaps they had the same levels for testing, but from a newer version.
and gamigo is a professional side. they won´t release screenshots without permission.
Half-Life 2 has dynamic lighting, too. Just you didn't see that many incredibly dark areas to showcase it. Whereas in Doom 3, the only type of level you will see is a mechanical, gothic, dark, nightmare.
Id rather watch a cheap horror flick a thousand times while having strips of skin being torn off my back by wild monkeys with Jason masks than be subjected to the aweful lighting conditions shown in those screenshots.
