Majestic XII from the Source editing site HL2 Mod Central, has recieved some christmas gifts from XSI:

We're hosting 3 official Christmas gifts from
Softimage in form of 2 Video tutorials (one with audio and one
without) and one script file.

The first tutorial covers XSI mapping. It shows you how you model and
export it to Hammer for further editing. The script you need for this
is included in the file.

The second tutorial shows the basic Mod Tool navigation. Good for beginners.

They have a link to the codec you need on the site in one of the two video pages. Something like Tims Codec or something..

@ CommandoSR and major5013 for some reason the site does that to me but if you keep trying it occasionally works! :S you've probably figured that by now though!

anyway, there are better tutorials on that site though! ;-)

The whole network for hosted sites on filefront.com (our host) is rather unstable, but they are working on it. The site is only down a couple of secs but its very irritating to say the least.

Keep on trying though

Files are now on our primary download servers and we're getting the new servers tomorrow (cant promise anything though) to get the uptime up and going 24/7.
