Do not put the boxers on.. You will not be able to wear them..

What you should do is completely DRENCH the boxers in water.. Then you should put them in the freezer and take them out when FULLY frozen.. You will love that..

Hehe, well here anyway every building has an AC unit, at the very least a swamp cooler. Down to the poorest of tiny shacks even has it. But I guess it's kind of a necessity.

That's funny though, due to our extreme climate we are more comfortable than you a higher percentage of the time! HARHAR
