This is true. Dry heat is better, although here you literally get skin canceresque real bad burns if you're not careful just being outside for a while in the sun ;p.

How do you let your room get to 90 degrees? When it's 105 degrees here I keep my house temperature at 77 constant.

I live in Toronto and it's damn hot right now. Luckily my girlfriend has money and bought us an air conditioner for our bedroom. But I work in my building and the entire thing is ridiculously hot
