OH NO! Not again!

What the.. they should be more creative tbh

(just kidding.. i feel sad for this matter)

hasn't it been "rediculous" for quite awhile? this certainly won't be the last time we see this..

What did you expect ?

They all bow to the same God, they have the same ideas : "get foreigners and behead them!!!"

I hate assymetric warfare just because of this sort of BS.

On the videotape the man cried in English, "Please get out of here. I don't want to die. ... Your life is important, but my life is important."

That's too bad. It almost makes me want to watch Micheal Moore's new documentary just to get an idea of why these things keep happening. ;(

i wonder what would happen if we beheaded all of the muslims in our country. ****ing hypocrites.

"Never get involved in a land war in Aisa."

The question now is: If a piece of Aisa comes to you, and you start a war with it, is that the same thing?

Yes, one ticket to hell, please.

Its just discusting what these scumbags are doing, just like Robert Jacobs murder caught on video, the guy said "wait wait pls no no" then he was shot 10 times and had his throat cut, all caught on video. I swear and some people think these scumbags terrorists dont deserve to die, I say kill them all.

because Moore is going to "enlighten" us about why fundamentalist muslims want to destroy america? Moore is merely going to draw some ridiculous connection between the osama and bush family.

These arab fundamentalist scum are animals. They take an innocent man, butcher him like cattle, and then expect to be taken seriously?

i don't mean to anger any muslim hl2 fans, but...
btw. how many violent christian movements can you name? (besides the ira in ireland)
how many violent muslim movements can you name? a hellova a lot more.

For every innocent hostage beheadded by these "Militants" the coalition should behead 20 'militant' prisoners-of-war.

They would stop literally overnight.

Its funny you should bring that up, I have noticed something in organized religion recently that seems rather interesting. Most major religions seem to go through a phase at some point in their life where many people in them become brutal, overly aggressive, and begin to use some of their religions teachings to further their own more violent goals.

Christianity is several centuries older than Islam, and wasn't it a few centuries ago that the crusades happened? To me that was christianites own violent, brutal, and sadistic time. Now a few centuries later Islam seems to be slipping into its own violent phase. This doesn't have a point to it, im not trying to say anything, its just an interesting little observation.

I think religion on the whole is nothing but mass-cult babble, but that's just my opinion.

I believe what I like, I just wish everyone else did the same, instead of forcing their beliefs on others.

I agree with you, I guess you could call me an athiest. Another funny thing about this whole conflict is that I wouldn't be surprised if it is causing many people in the Western world to lose faith in their religions. Meanwhile it is strengthening the faith of people in the middle east.

*Sigh*

The problem is, anyone that wasn't born there is concidered an infidel...meaning someone they are called to kill.

I take solice in the fact that when these sick puppies die...they will see their 72 virgins, think they made it to paradise....happily rush towards their prize, and watch in horror as the 72 virgins turn into 72 demons that slowly mutilate them for all eternity.
and as they scream in agony, a voice tells them: "You think I wanted you to KILL in MY name?"

me=agnostic. organized religion is just too damn 'set' for me, ya know? and i can't stand people who force their religion upon others.

It's funny when you look at religion as if it were a cult...

Every once in awhile they pretend to be eating someones blood and flesh?

They try to drown their kids until they see god or something?

They cut off the tips of the peepees?

It's just too crazy for me, i don't understand how they could've come up with this stuff...it's very cult-like if you ask me.

well moejoe, those are all christian/catholic practices. Not islamic.
typically with children, the baptism is simply a handful of water dribbled onto the childs head. Hardly "drowning". The full dunking is typically reserved for adults.

the flesh/blood thing is purely symbolic of Jesus's suffering, watch "the passion". makes the whole "This do in rememberance of me" make a little more sence for the bread and wine. It's a way to remember what he went though.

and whats the point of that bit anyway? People cut off parts of their noses in favor of plastic ones all the time, a little extra skin is hardly anything to complain about. :D

As was said above, almost all major religions go through that phase. But thing is, Middle east is one big hole, where most of people have nothing but their faith and were raised to hate. I mean, if you take same children and raise them in America, they would see things differently.

Al-Jazeera TV reports Iraqi militant group has killed South Korean hostage Kim Sun-il. CNN working to confirm.

:(

Someone should capture one of their gangmembers and say if youz don't stopz beheading peoplz we will behead himz0r!!1 and then when they stop, you behead him anyway.

i'm watching korean news right now (mbc), but i don't speak korean :/

some official-looking guy just got up on a podium and gave a sombre address to the press.. they keep showing the terrorist video..

These terrorists are killing themselves... Soon the whole world will strike back right at them if they continue this nonsense. It would appear my evil master plan about a certain parking lot is getting closer to reality everyday

Note to the US forces: Equip everyone down there with katanas or something. Or Valve'll send their Air Cows om 'em!

Edit: Give me an air-ticket & some "equipment" & I'll take care of it  This pisses me right off.

that's not necessarily true, just like in japan when they had hostages taken, the mojority of the anger in the nation is directed at their government, not the terrorists (according to the news reports i've read anyway). remember that korea (most of the world, tbh) doesn't really like the US that much (especially after the tank incident a couple of years ago), and the average korean person probably views this war an america's problem.

Well if things like this continue to occur then perhaps, with some luck, countries like North Korea and such, can set their views of the U.S. aside & unite with them to fight off this SHARED problem. This shouldn't just be Amercia's fight. The terrorists clearly do not think that the U.S. is the only enemy. They strike all over the world. If anyone believes different, then they're just turning a blind eye to the real problems of this world.

A childish solution to the Israeli conflict could be by drawing a line right through the lands where the U.S. could build a 5 miles think concrete wall & then occupy the area with standard U.S. military equipment. That, at least, would probably unite the "enemy" anyway...

why some memebrs got there ave upside down ? anway...........I feel so sad for that guy.......poor man.

In reference to a previous post about the IRA being a "violent" Christian group - nothing could be farther from the truth.

The IRA, while claiming to represent the agenda of the Catholic population of Northern Ireland, in actuality is a Marxist oriented organization. Their manifesto reads like a tract from every other "revolutionary" Leninist movement the world had ever seen. Their Catholic "advocacy" was just a cover to gain popular support - a revelation of their true roots would probably not have resulted in popular support as Marxist-Leninism is inherently opposed to religion.

To further my point, the IRA received much funding and training from both the KGB and the East German Stasi

It doesn't really matter what religion they belong to. They clearly overreact, don't use their probably fully functionable brains in a constructive way & they are overly violent. To me it is clear that most of these extremist groups do not think beyond the grasp of their hands.

Since you asked... here's one

There are always going to be violent organizations for any religious or ethnic group, however at the moment there are certainly more violent Muslim groups than violent Christian groups. If there were more Christian ones then why don't I ever hear about them doing anything?

not sure if you're confusing the two or trying to make a point, but we're talking about s. korea. n. korea is firmly against the US, as they have aligned themselves with the "axis of evil" ;)

Personally I would like to see what would happen if North Korea started having problems with Islamic extremists. It would be kind of funny to think about two groups with a common enemy killing each other off.

No you are right....Its a crude way of saying it but if they keep doing stuff like this it will simply lose its meaning. Obviously, loss of life is always bad but if the people they threaten know what will happen anyway, then they will just go in and kill them all and have done with it instead of negotiating or anything of the sort.

you'd better have a smile on your face when you say that, boy

but seriously why do you care? if I recall they are the christian taliban...I seem to remember that fat pig falwell blaming homosexuals for 9/11 (he said god did this because the wicked are taking over america)

Yeah I know S. Korea is more "Western" than N. Korea (ain't very hard) but if the terrorists would start doing this A LOT to countries such as that one, things might change politically. This could apply to any anti-U.S. country practically.
