Woman indicted for giving fatal sherry enema

"LAKE JACKSON, Tex. - A woman has been indicted on negligent homicide charges for allegedly giving her husband a sherry enema that killed him.

Michael Warner, 58, died last May after the enema caused his blood-alcohol level to rise to .47 percent.

“That’s extremely high,” Detective Lt. Robert Turner said. “You’re either going to be in the hospital or the funeral home with that much alcohol.”

Tammy Warner, 42, was indicted last week."

Sherry is an alcoholic beverage.

An enema is a shot up your rear end, usually to help with constipation.
 
Mmmmm, ass-cohol. Guess you wouldn't have to worry about the taste by putting it in that end.
 
An enema is collonic irrigation i.e. you shove a hose pipe up your arsehole, turn it on to wash out your large intestines, then replace said hosepipe with vacuum cleaner and turn it on to suck out all the water and shit...it is a bit more complex then that, but that is the gist of it.

Why would any woman have the bright idea to squart sherry up her husbands arsehole though?

Yeah, if you wanna be technical. But when the media uses it like in this article, it just means some liquid shot up the bootay.

How can you get drunk through putting alcohol up your bum, wouldn't it just stay in your large intestine and slowly drip back out again?
 
It prob absorbs it into blood i guess

But really, If he was that desperate to get alcohol into himself he deserves what he got....
 
Why would anyone do that kind of thing? Booze in your asshole? what the hell is wrong with this world?.
 
If only he'd done it himself; he would have qualified nicely for a Darwin award.
