I also vaguely remember Angry Lawyer...I know that he was amusing, but I don't remember why. He also used to jump from mod team to mod team(I think Black Mesa: Source, HL2 Wars, and Zombie Master all had him on their team at some point or another).

Both! Anybody people care about that have been gone from these forums for some time.

And it's morphed into even people who people just miss, who have been gone for a long time, even if they weren't banned.
