ive been working on it for about 20-30 min the great thing about this is that im modeling it in silo 1.4 the workflow in this program passes by really fast compared to 3ds max and maya.
Poly count is a bit high for a real time model, unless you're working on a high poly model first for normal map generation. Aside from that, it's a little early to make meaningful comments. Keep posting WIP screens as you develop the character.
looks like an orc to me lol. are nurbs the right way to go about character modeling cuz im rubbish at it and tryign to learn but ive been making 8 sided cylinders and reshaping them to make my characters.
