ive been working on it for about 20-30 min the great thing about this is that im modeling it in silo 1.4 the workflow in this program passes by really fast compared to 3ds max and maya.

Poly count is a bit high for a real time model, unless you're working on a high poly model first for normal map generation. Aside from that, it's a little early to make meaningful comments. Keep posting WIP screens as you develop the character.
 
Nice alien head. (That's supposed to be some kind of alien, right?)

You'll have to take out at least like 3/4 of the faces for the ingame model.
 
I revised the model now im just gonna make him have massive arms and small legs and yes the head is supposed to be that big lol:)

do i see nurbs? the engine isnt going to like that I can assure you!
 
As it would have to be converted to polys before being exported, that's not really relevant.
 
looks like an orc to me lol. are nurbs the right way to go about character modeling cuz im rubbish at it and tryign to learn but ive been making 8 sided cylinders and reshaping them to make my characters.
