Saw a couple movies this week...

Today I saw Radio and Beyond Borders. Radio was an amazing movie that is hillarious with a great plot. Go see it.

Beyond borders is a chopped up plot with a hot bitch(Angelina Jolie) set in a depressing place. The movie is about these aid workers who try in vain to help starving people. It is SO retarded. They try to get you emptionally involved and then try to turn in into an action movie.. This movie sucks... Go to this if you get off on being depressed...

Earlier this week I saw Intolerable Cruelty. If you like dark comedies where everyone is out for their own good, then you will love this movie... It is not for everyone but I did enjoy parts of it.

I also saw Lost in Translation. If you haven't seen this, go see it. The ass shots of the beautiful lead are reason enough to see this movie. It also has a lot of good jokes and a great story. Oh, those funny Japanese...

Last week I saw School of Rock, Runaway Jury, and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. They are all 3 great movies, and I suggest you see them all.

Chainsaw Massacre is NOT for the weak of heart, and at some points it makes you want to vomit. It's a rush though... Jessica Beale in a wet T-shirt... scream for me baby....

School of Rock is a family film. It IS Jack Black, but his humour is toned down. It's pretty good if you don't mind watching a kids movie...

Runaway Jury is an amazing movie. I had never heard of it and I got dragged along with one of my many family members to it. I wasn't expecting much, but I really enjoyed it. Rachel Weisz.... hachi machi she is hot... John Cusack is in it also. Very interesting plot.


Well, I thought I would share my opinion, but I didn't want to write something on all I have seen. Here is a list...

I've seen a lot of crap this past summer, but amazingly there have been a lot of good movies out lately. I go to a LOT of movies. Whenever someone in my family goes to a movie, they allways ask me. I only end up paying for my ticket 30% of the time, and I don't think I have ever paid for someone elses... lol, I am cheap...

Dont see The Rundown?? Im gonna HAVE to disagree with you there. I thought it was an awesome movie. Awesome action/comedy that is. Now it prolly wont win an oscars or whatever, but the rock is awesome in it, albiet he need some more acting classes. Sean william scott is funny as usual, and it has Christopher Walken! Awesome action sequences, and hilarious moments, really, this is a must see. I saw it twice in theater, and well worth the cash both times.

And if it sucked so bad, why did ebert and roeper give it 2 thumbs up?

The Rundown was a cliche'd version of indiana jones with a little bit of slapstick comedy. OK, maybe it should have been in the maybe section, but I didn't enjoy it that much...

As for how I get all this money? I am NOT a pirate, but I always just go with a family member who pays most of the time. I have 5 who go all the time, so I tag along with a different one every week.

shes also in The Shape of Things, interesting movie to say the least...

oh and scary movie 3, well, it'll have you laughing most of the time but it's all cheap laughs, i'd say scary movie 1 is better, scary movie 2 is worse...
