I emailed valve back in July and asked them if they would sign my hl2 box and they gave me address info .etc and I can send it in and they will pass it around and get everyone to sign it :-D

I don't think so.... it seems like they are just regular joes like you and me and never get tired of the emails, I think it just drives them to keep on making great games..... they enjoy this just as much as we do, the money is great but the appreciation of the fans (I think) is more important.
