OMG just got massive cable modem speed tweak

i just saw an article on how to increase ur cable modem speed by up to 45% by messing with the registry i done it and wow do i notice the difference im on a 110k line and pages usually take 2 or 3 seconds to load completely but now their instant anyone else done this tweak???

yes, it is "leagal." it optimises your tcp settings, so yes, it can work for dsl, even 56k.

Yes, it's legal, and yes, it's just simple tweaking of TCP options. Then again, if you are using a decent operating system, you may already have everything optimized .
