Half-life 2 release date omg

i pre-orderd half-life 2 like a week ago saying it was ganna be released at the end of September. all the magazines have said "its going to be released at the end of september" but is it? The pre-order place were i orderd it from has now mentioned that its not going to be released til 5th of November

Does anyone know if there is a offical release date set for this game, or is it going to be a 'halo 2' just pulling the release date further and further behind. You should of posted this in the general forum (if there weren't for the 30 identical threads like this one)

Read these boards and it'll become obvious that retailers know no more and if not less than we do and mid to late september or october seems like the best bet atm

Yes IGN.com say the same thing, i.e November. And have said november since mid July. Then again it was suppose to be september of last year. Arf.

Forget about HL2, get Doom3 or Farcry 2 games that are great and were "Realised on Time". *cough, cough.

lol doom 3 wasnt reealsed on time -_0 i think far cry was delayed abit too since they were raided by the cops for having illegal software (cant remember if it was delayed or not, but i remember someone saying it might be)
