Optimal Settings for Radeon x800 Pro?

What are the best settings for a Radeon x800 Pro? I'm running a new AMD Athlon with 1024GB Ram on Windows XP & SP2 -

What would you say are the best settins in general for this setup?

No AA
Trilinear
High Settings
Low models
